Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cashier or receptionist experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone.
• Positive, upbeat personality with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; CDK familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right departments.
• Process customer payments (cash, credit, other forms).
• Balance and reconcile cash office accounts and bank deposits daily.
• Support the Office Manager and General Manager with clerical tasks.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers visiting the service department.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries Direct phone calls to appropriate departments Process customer payments (cash, credit and other digital forms of payment).
• Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily Support the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical tasks.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone.
• Positive and upbeat personality with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of using CDK (automotive dealership software)

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $19 - $21. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
