Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate in our Virginia store. You will provide SMART customer service, help customers locate and load merchandise, demonstrate products, and answer questions by guiding customers through projects and store sections.

You will operate a cash register, process transactions, manage returns, and assist with checkout coverage. The role includes training and coaching fellow associates, maintaining store cleanliness, and following safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service per Lowe's policies.
• Assists customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Answers questions and guides customers through projects and store areas.
• Communicates product, stock, and warranty information to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates on duties and sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team).
• Operates cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds.
