Responsibilities

• Handle student and inter-departmental deposits and daily cash close outs across Banner sessions, Touchnet, Paypath, and MarketPlace batches.
• Prepare daily journal entries for cashier sessions and manage/scan receipts to a shared drive.
• Process credit card refunds and journal direct deposit refunds; serve as first point of contact for deposit inquiries.
• Balance funds and close daily activity; prepare spreadsheets and cash journal vouchers.
