Our franchise organization, Capital City Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Position Overview

The Cashier / Host plays a vital role in creating a positive guest experience, as first and last impressions significantly influence whether guests return. This role involves interacting with guests, managing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Guest Service:
   • Greet guests warmly upon entry and invite them to return.
   • Assist guests as needed.
   • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
   • Provide courteous service over the phone.
   • Accurately handle payments.
   • Understand and follow position responsibilities for efficient service.
   • Maintain knowledge of menu items, buffet offerings, and prices.
2. Cleanliness:
   • Keep the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas organized and clean.
   • Assist in setting up and cleaning buffets, ensuring labels are correct.
   • Follow local health department regulations.
   • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards as per duty roster.
3. Operational Excellence:
   • Report to the manager when cash needs to be deposited to reduce theft risk.
   • Ensure cash drawer balances with daily paperwork.
