Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience. Responsibilities include running registers, processing payments, inviting cash donations, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail setting in Yuma, AZ.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service and math skills, and the ability to communicate in English. Candidates must be 16+ and pass a background check where required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Encourage customer donations at POS.
• Assist with pricing merchandise and store presentation.
• Complete closing procedures and maintain attendance.
• Greet customers and thank them as they leave.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized as per standards.
• Stock merchandise and use paging systems when needed.
• Support a safe, welcoming store environment.
