Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a friendly cashier for Michael Patrick’s in Biloxi, MS. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and process orders at the point of sale with accuracy while maintaining a clean dining area and welcoming atmosphere.

The role involves handling cash and card payments, assisting kitchen staff as needed, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Training is available; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial.
• Able to obtain state gaming licenses and Alcohol Beverage Control Card (where required).
• On-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, comps, and credit card payment accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, silverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
• Other work assigned.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.
