Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized retail space, managing backstock, and handling POS transactions with cards or cash. The role emphasizes courteous guest service and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of retail or customer service is preferred.
• Highschool Diploma required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail for accurate order-taking and payment processing.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and tips.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales through engagement of customers
• Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, welcoming manner
• Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and organized
• Maintain product on sales floor and fill backstock during shift
• Responsible for POS register and accepting payments (credit cards, cash, comps)
• Verify identity of customers when using comps as payment
• Deliver positive, courteous guest service in all interactions
• Performs any other duties as assigned
