Job summary

Golden Nugget in Biloxi, MS is seeking a friendly Grill Attendant/Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests at Michael Patrick's. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining menu items, maintaining a clean dining area, stocking supplies, and assisting kitchen staff as needed. A HS diploma or GED and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ dining room experience beneficial.
• On-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, comps, and credit card payment accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, silverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
• Other work assigned.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.
