Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Role:

To provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provides positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, debt, or credit card payments from guests.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or technical training required.

Licenses & Certifications: LA Alc Compliance Trainer and Alc. Beverage Operator required.
