Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. The Role:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Sportsman Cafe.

Responsibilities:

1. Other duties may be assigned. Bartenders must be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests.
2. Responsible for monies in the coin banks.
3. Prepares orders from the cocktail staff and guests.
4. Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar.
5. Notifies barback when supplies are low. Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc.
6. Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required). Technical/other training preferred.

Experience: 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Licenses & Certifications: LA Alc Compliance Trainer (required), Alc. Beverage Operator (required).
