Job description

Role:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Sportsman Café.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and serve beverages in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.
• Handle and account for monies in the coin banks accurately.
• Prepare orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of stock in the assigned bar and notify the barback when supplies are low.
• Prepare cut fruit, condiments, and perform related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Technical or other relevant training preferred.

Experience:

One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

LA Alc Compliance Trainer and Alc Beverage Operator required.
