Job Opening: Cashier/Food Service Worker

We are hiring immediately for on-call Cashier/Food Service Worker positions at Stryker Cafe, 325 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: On-call; Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior experience in cash handling, customer service, and food service is preferred.

Job Summary:

Operate POS system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing foods and catering orders.
2. Handle cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform cleaning duties and manage trash disposal.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Maintain cash accuracy, handle deposits, and record transactions.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up and monitor serving lines, ensuring food safety temperatures.
8. Serve food and beverages to customers.
9. Manage stock levels and record keeping for refrigerator and pantry items.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
