Join to apply for the FOOD SERVICE WORKER (ON CALL) role at Restaurant Associates.

We have an opening for an on-call FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location: Morgan Stanley - 2000 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, NY 10577. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: On-call schedule, Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No previous experience required.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
