We are hiring immediately for full-time Cashier/Food Service Worker positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates POS system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Help prepare catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform cleaning duties; dispose of trash appropriately.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cashiering accurately and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if issues arise.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Stock and rotate refrigerator items using FIFO; record temperatures.
• Record replenishments and temperatures daily on floor stock forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
