We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location: IEEE - 445 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior food service experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates POS system, assists chefs, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help prepare foods and catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using POS system.
• Perform cleaning duties; manage trash and garbage.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy and handle deposits.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Set up items for purchase daily.
• Stock and rotate refrigerator products.
• Record temperatures and replenishments daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
