Job Summary

The Cashier/Dispatcher is responsible for accurately processing customer payments for parking fees, dispatching drivers to the Clarion Hotel and the Philadelphia International Airport in a timely manner and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Collect payment for parking services and accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in compliance with cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Answer phone in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain constant radio contact with shuttle drivers to ensure proper rotation and direct them in their pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Count bank at end of shift to ensure proper reconciliation, complete necessary documentation, resolve any discrepancies, and secure bank in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints, elevating to supervisor if needed.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other shifts and departments.
• Monitor safety and security of parking lot and report an issues or concerns to management.
• Assist customers with any questions, complaints and/or concerns in a courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
