Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service at checkout and returns.
• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain Self-Checkout area.
• Seek product knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities.
• Follow policies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in expediting price checks and Markdown approvals across registers and Self-Checkout.
• Provide first level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in training new Cashiers and coaching peers using available tools.
