Qualifications

• 1+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process Checkout and Returns transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area to minimize delays.
• Provide product information and identify selling opportunities for customers.
• Assist in training and coaching new Cashiers and support staff.
• Escalate customer issues as first level of escalation as needed.
