Englefield Inc. in Dover seeks a Duchess Team Member (Cashier) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and maintain the store while promoting the Duchess Crown Card Rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, card, mobile).
• Maintain a clean, organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
