You’ll welcome customers, process transactions on modern POS systems, maintain a clean store, stock shelves, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards while following safety rules and policies. We offer flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and ability to help customers.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
