Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is hiring a Duchess Team Member for the overnight shift. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions and keep the store tidy and stocked. You’ll follow safety rules on age-restricted items and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards program.

Experience in retail or food service is a plus, but not required. This FT/PT role offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within a growing retail team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.

• Follow safety and compliance rules for tobacco, alcohol, and other products.

• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
