Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking friendly, motivated cashiers to join the Duchess team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You’ll greet customers, process transactions using POS systems, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory so customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty program.
