Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Cashier to deliver a high-quality customer service and sales experience at the Roseville location. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and support omnichannel and inventory-related tasks while maintaining checkout standards.

You will handle returns, re-ticketing, and promotional programs, using POS devices to manage transactions and support the customer’s journey. A strong focus on accurate operations and safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promote store programs and drive sales.
• Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing; maintain checkout standards.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks, recovery, inventory, and fitting room upkeep.
• Adhere to shrink, safety, and performance standards as part of daily role.
