Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction with customers. You will greet customers, process purchases at the POS, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure a high level of service in-store.

Available are Full-Time and Part-Time positions. The role involves basic math, strong customer service, and potential travel to other stores for support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
