Whitaker Group - Hardees is hiring a Cashier in Kentucky to deliver friendly guest service, take orders, process payments, and prepare beverages while keeping the dining area clean and safe. The role requires accurate cash handling and maintaining a balanced register at the end of shifts.

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Take customer orders at the counter or Drive Thru
• Receive payments and present change to customers
• Pack food items, make coffee, and fill beverage cups
• Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
• Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period

The Cashier provides each guest with a positive guest service experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.
