Responsibilities
  • Must have Dealership experience and know Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer management system.
  • Heavy phone work, schedule Service appointments and great phone skills.
  • Communicates with guests and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department.
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
  • Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
  • Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
  • Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
  • Assists with administrative duties as requested.
