Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. This full-time position involves answering incoming phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and a positive, professional demeanor. No prior automotive experience is required; however, previous call center experience is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday : 7am - 4pm
• Rotating Saturdays
• Hourly Rate: $17/hr with monthly commissions
• Annual Compensation Range: $35,360 to $50,000, depending on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• Scheduling service appointments with customers
• Providing clear communication and follow-up regarding services and appointments
• Maintaining an organized, accurate service appointment schedule
• Collaborating with service department staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Ability to Multi-Task
• CDK or MyKaarma knowledge
