Responsibilities include:

1. Creating a fun and positive environment in the shop
2. Greeting customers and explaining service steps
3. Providing accurate wait times during busy hours
4. Operating the point of sale for in-house, call-in, and delivery orders
5. Understanding food and allergies
6. Making coffee
7. Prepping for the cafe (training provided)
8. Problem solving customer issues and reporting to management
9. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
10. Restocking shelves
11. Setting up and breaking down the cashier station daily
12. Reporting to the AM Manager

Hourly rate with tips totals between $20-$22. Must be available Tuesday-Thursday, 8am-4pm. More info at Middle Child.
