Job summary

Jerry's Enterprises in Minnesota is seeking a front-line team member who can deliver exceptional customer service and help manage an efficient front end. You will contribute to a positive store atmosphere and assist with scheduling and staffing to meet daily demand.

Ideal candidates bring front-end experience (2–3 years preferred), familiarity with customer relations, and a motivation to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service quality.
• Front end experience preferred (2–3 years).
• Ability to create and manage weekly staff schedules.
• Willingness to assist with interviewing and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive and satisfying experience.
• Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions.
• Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels.
• Train and develop future Head Customer Service Managers.
• Sell Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets.
• Help maintain a clean and safe store.

Reports to: Assistant Store Director / Store Director

Classification: Union

Rate of Pay: $33.77 per hour

Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to

• Ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive and satisfying experience
• Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions
• Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines
• Create and manage a weekly schedule for a diverse group of employees
• Train and develop future Head Customer Service Managers
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees
• Sell Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department

Jerry's would love to see an individual who:

• Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
• Has experience working on a Front end (2-3 years preferred)
• May have bookkeeping knowledge
• Knows about customer relations, protocols, and good work plans
• Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning
