Job summary

Jerry’s Foods Eden Prairie is seeking a friendly front-end associate to ring up purchases, assist customers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will connect with customers, answer questions, and work with the team on daily tasks to ensure an awesome department.

Hours are Sunday–Saturday with varied shifts; compensation follows a progressive union scale based on experience, ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on performance and tenure.

Union Rate of Pay: Progressive scale from $15.00 to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequent: Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds reaching, standing, turning; Equipment operation scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine; Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math
• Occasional: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking; Equipment operation calculator

Physical Requirements Context

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
