Job summary

Jerry’s Foods Eden Prairie is seeking a friendly front-end associate to ring up purchases, assist customers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will connect with customers, answer questions, and work with the team on daily tasks to ensure an awesome department.

Hours are Sunday–Saturday with varied shifts; compensation follows a progressive union scale based on experience, ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Preference: Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
• Has experience working on a front end
• Knows about coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette
• Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Ring up customer purchases in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner
• Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns (may need to call a manager)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
