• Engage with Guests: Greet warmly, make eye contact, and ensure guests feel valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales accurately, and handle cash carefully.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to maintain product quality.
• Stay Informed: Be aware of current promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register area tidy and stocked.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to the team as needed.
• Quality Standards: Meet standards during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Support team duties as required.
• Honor Commitments: Attend work regularly and notify in case of absences.
