• 3–5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or cash posting
• Experience in lead/supervisory roles
• Experience with automated cash posting, 835/ERA processing, and posting-rule configuration
• Experience with credit balance management and payer reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cash posting operations to ensure accurate application of payments
• Oversee reconciliation between deposits, remittance files, and the patient accounting system
• Manage credit balances and overpayments, ensuring proper resolution
• Develop and maintain cash posting rules and system configurations
• Lead, coach, and develop the Cash Posting team and monitor KPIs
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
