Job summary

QualDerm Partners seeks a Revenue Cycle Posting Lead to oversee posting operations, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments across all regions. You will lead Posting Leads and Specialists, coordinate with management, and ensure compliance and accuracy in daily revenue cycle tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive payment-posting experience in a medical setting, and solid knowledge of payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Five years of payment-posting experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Extensive experience posting recoupments and reversals.
• Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manages time to complete work in timely manner and be a team player.
• Meets productivity requirements as established by organization and external benchmarks.
• Completes posting of all payments and adjustments at the patient account level in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures accurate month-end balancing for all regions.
• Proactively engages other operational personnel to review and resolve issues as needed.
• Provides professional assistance for patient billing calls.
• Uses billing system to document patient accounts with proper grammar, spelling, and syntax.
• Keeps up-to-date with payer guidelines and reimbursement policies (basic knowledge).
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Communicates with team members in a courteous, professional, cooperative, and mature manner.
• Treats staff, physicians, visitors and patients with dignity and respect.
• Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Value Statement.
• Manages day-to-day operations and procedures related to posting.
• Provides oversight for patient collections across regions.
• EFT/ERA set-up.
• Monitor analytics production reports
• Creates workflows for productivity and efficiency.
• Primary contact for posting leads, managers, accounting, etc.
• External site management (Alle, Care Credit, etc)
• Manages employee hiring, training, performance reviews, productivity monitoring, time off/scheduling, performance management.
• Leads monthly team meetings.
• Participates in audit and process improvement projects.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other essential duties as assigned.
• Travels to locations as applicable.
