Job summary

University Health is seeking a Supervisor for Patient Business Services (Cash Posting and Refund). This hands-on leadership role reports to the Manager and Assistant Director, coordinating daily Cash Posting and Refund activities, assisting staff to resolve posting issues, and expediting refunds.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must have knowledge of Texas Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, working leader coordinating activities in Cash Posting and Refund departments.
• Assist refund specialists and cash posters to resolve posting issues and expedite refunds.
• Support the Manager in identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving identified issues.
