Job summary

The Intersect Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a detail‑oriented Cash Applications/AR Specialist to manage processing of payments and daily/monthly reconciliations. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate posting and research of transactions, while adhering to PCI DSS and applicable policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash posting, refunds, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS standards and data security.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash flow data.

Responsibilities

• Process payments from EFT/Wire, payment devices, mail, portal, and cash.
• Reconcile deposits to accounts receivable using electronic and manual methods.
• Produce daily and month-end reports for general ledger and cash management.
• Reconcile daily receipts and refunds across multiple centers; process chargebacks.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate with Finance on unresolved issues.
• Prepare payment devices for deployment and ensure PCI DSS compliance.
