Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a courteous Guest Service Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and ensure the fastest, friendliest experience for every guest. You will supervise cashiers, manage daily sales activities, and uphold the company’s Guest Service Standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, weekly reporting, processing invoices, maintaining front-end efficiency, and enforcing No Noticeable Wait.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting processes.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices/transfers.
• Process beer/wine payments and guest transactions.
• Prepare bank deposits and oversee cashier activities.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts and security of cash office.
• Monitor and audit cashier till accuracy and front-end reports.
• Support No Noticeable Wait policy and guest needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
