Responsibilities

• Sales, cash and invoice accounting processes.
• Prepare weekly cash report and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Oversee cashier support and retail verification.
• Payroll check approval/cashing per policy.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts.
• Process guest needs (money orders, stamps, lottery, etc.).
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Ensure cash office security and cashier tills accountability.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report.
• Perform cashier till audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to meet No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
