Lowes Foods is seeking a capable Cashier/Guest Service Clerk to supervise checkout operations and ensure fast, friendly service following Guest Service Standards. Responsibilities include cash handling, reporting, and maintaining cash office security while overseeing cashiers and front-end duties.

The role requires strong math, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse guests. Training and development aspects may be part of the job, with additional duties assigned by management.

Qualificações

• Experience handling cash, giving change, and processing payments.
• Solid math skills for balancing tills and processing invoices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Familiarity with front-end operations and retail POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and ensure fastest, most pleasant checkout experience per Guest Service Standards.
• Perform cash and invoice accounting and prepare weekly cash reports.
• Handle cash office security and cashier tills accountability.
• Monitor cashier activity reports and conduct till audits and accuracy checks.
• Process guest orders to maintain No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
