Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues and help customers in support of cash management services.
• Serve as subject matter expert and liaison for Dime Bank’s cash management products by managing setup, implementation and training of new customers.
• Maintain consultative relationship with cash management customer base.
• Support onboarding of new cash management customers and review of agreements, credit underwriting standards and limits.
• Provide support for ACH origination files, transaction exceptions or transmission errors, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Wires, Positive Pay and system functionality.
• Review daily exception items and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Prepare Annual Review documentation to ensure customer volume aligns with risk limits.
• Back up for daily ACH transaction errors and NACHA rule compliance.
