Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-3 years in cash management and eBanking knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers.
• Experience with cash management apps such as ACH, remote/mobile deposit, account analysis.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client priorities.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and digital banking basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cash management sales cycle from needs analysis to onboarding.
• Coordinate with various units to implement cash management services.
• Serve as trusted advisor to grow deposits and referrals.
• Track sales, service data and report to management.
