Job summary

Dime Bank is recruiting a Cash Management Relationship Manager in Norwich, CT to lead the sales, implementation and servicing of Cash Management services for commercial clients. The role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and driving growth of deposit bases through proactive service and sales strategies.

The successful candidate will work with eBanking, ACH, wires, and related services, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance with NACHA/EBA

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–3 years’ cash management and eBanking knowledge.
Past experience with commercial customers in lending or retail environments.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sales, implementation and servicing of Cash Management services.
Serve as liaison between customers and bank to expand deposits and services.
Conduct customer needs analysis, onboarding, and training on product usage and security practices.
Collaborate with Retail, Commercial Lending and eBanking teams on opportunities and issues.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial deposit customers through referrals and outreach.
Monitor and report on product usage, service levels, and opportunities for improvements.
