Job summary

Hingham Institution for Savings is seeking a Cash Management Specialist to deliver and support consumer and business digital banking products including deposits, payments, and ACH interfaces. This role requires in-office presence and will partner with our Specialized Deposit Group to ensure excellent client service.

You will support digital banking tools, wires, RDC, mobile deposits, and bill pay for commercial and consumer clients while identifying workflow improvements within risk limits and

Qualifications

• Digital banking and electronic payment systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with Regulation E and NACHA Operating Rules.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client banking services with the Specialized Deposit Group.
• Support consumer and business digital tools, wires, ACH, RDC and bill pay.
• Assist in onboarding and account maintenance through digital channels.
• Resolve complex payment issues and serve as escalation point.
• Ensure workflows align with risk limits and regulatory changes.
• In-office presence required.
