WNB Financial, N.A. is seeking a Cash Management Specialist to serve as the SME for ACH, RDC, Positive Pay and related services. You will lead onboarding, training and ongoing support for business clients and bank staff, ensuring compliant, efficient use of Cash Management products.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, client adoption, and opportunities to improve service delivery with AI tools while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in banking, cash management, digital banking, or related financial services.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to explain product functionality clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary subject matter expert for Cash Management services and related business deposit solutions.
• Provides ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and employees regarding Cash Management products, services, system functionality, pricing, and operational processes.
• Coordinates onboarding, implementation, testing, documentation, and training for Cash Management services.
• Performs needs assessments for clients and recommends appropriate Cash Management solutions.
• Monitors client utilization and adoption of Cash Management services and provides guidance to maximize product effectiveness.
