Job summary

WNB Financial NA is seeking a knowledgeable Cash Management Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, and related services. You will provide technical support, assist with onboarding, and train clients and staff across markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Banking and Digital Banking teams to ensure successful implementations, strong client adoption, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or IS required.
• Minimum 3 years in banking or related financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, and Merchant Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Cash Management products and services.
• Provide technical support, training, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful implementations.
• Identify opportunities for product referrals and client adoption.
• Monitor client utilization and provide guidance for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulatory guidelines.
