You will support clients and Bank employees, guide implementations, and ensure a positive client experience across markets. Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Cash Management products and services including ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, Business Digital Banking.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to explain product functionality clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments while handling confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Cash Management services and related business deposit solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and employees.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation, testing, documentation, and training for Cash Management services.
• Perform needs assessments and recommend appropriate Cash Management solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor client adoption and provide guidance to maximize product effectiveness.
