WNB Financial NA is seeking a Cash Management Specialist to act as a client-facing expert on ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, IC S/CDARS, and Business Digital Banking. You will support implementation, training, and ongoing guidance to business clients and bank staff, ensuring compliance and effective product adoption.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Banking, Retail Banking, and Ops, plus ongoing AI-enabled process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent banking experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Cash Management products and services.
• Provide ongoing technical support, implementation guidance, and training to clients and staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, testing, documentation, and training for Cash Management services.
• Identify client needs and recommend Cash Management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality service.
