Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and cash management products.
• Ability to respond to customer needs within established timeframes.
• Experience in banking or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to cash management customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Research and train clients on cash management products.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Independently service internal and external customers on cash management products and issues.
• Research problems and provide resolutions within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with support staff to reconcile client problems and reduce recurrence.
• Advise management of potential problems to meet service standards.
• Help minimize financial risk to the bank.
• Refer sales opportunities discovered during service to the Sales team.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or procedural issues related to listed cash management tools.
