Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.
• Resolve routine inquiries and determine sources of problems to meet service levels.
• Support Consumer and Commercial Credit Card servicing across the account lifecycle, including maintenance, documentation and regulatory processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce risk and automate processes.
