Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years combined Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience with emphasis on receivables.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting ERP systems.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely, aligned with shipping docs and terms.
• Manage customer collections and follow up on due and past-due balances.
• Process credit memos with proper documentation and approvals.
• Process vendor invoices with three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Balance daily cash receipts and prepare monthly reports on AR aging and cash flow.
